In order to provide you with products and services you have requested and to service your policy, where permitted by law, we may collect the following types of information:

YOUR INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL
All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business as permitted by law. We contract with individuals and entities known as Business Associates to perform various functions on our behalf or to provide certain types of services. These Business Associates may include insurance agents, third party administrators, information technology service providers, and others. We may disclose personally identifiable information (PII) or, under certain contracts, protected health information (PHI) to a Business Associate if they need the information to provide a service to us. We may disclose all types of nonpublic personal information to either affiliated or nonaffiliated third parties in order to process your application or claim, administer your account, provide you with a service you request, administer our business or print/mail documents. We enter into agreements with these Business Associates concerning the privacy and security of your information and these Business Associates are obligated to follow federal rules/laws concerning privacy and security. We do not sell lists of our customers, nor do we disclose customer information for marketing products and services offered by other companies.
