Liquidity

You may withdraw up to 5% of the prior-year accumulated value (or Required Minimum Distribution amount) starting in year 2, subject to a $250 minimum. Excess withdrawals during the rate guarantee period may be subject to a surrender charge and a Market Value Adjustment. You should not purchase this annuity if you may need to surrender it during the rate guarantee period.

Terminal Illness & Nursing Home Confinement Waiver of Charges

Surrender Charges and Market Value Adjustments are waived for a Full or Partial Surrender if qualifications are met. Issue age maximum is 75 to include Nursing Home waiver.

The full account value will be paid to your designated beneficiary at the Owner’s death, without deduction of any charges or fees.
