With year-end fast approaching, that also means tax season is right around the corner. Take note of this information regarding your 1099 form for 2025:

• If commissions are paid directly to you, 1099s will be mailed from our Topeka administrative office.
• If you are an individual producer or agency that received a bonus in 2025, a separate 1099 for that bonus will be mailed from Guaranty’s Baton Rouge office.
• If commissions are paid to your agency, no 1099s will be sent. If a year-end figure is needed, please refer to the final commission statement of 2025 in your agency instance of the MyKuvare portal.

As shown below in the illustration, look for the Commission tab in the left column, then select the drop-down arrow to see Statements. From there, select the final statement for 2025.
