NIGO email notifications now include financial post-issue business as well as new business. You may experience an increase in emails related to NIGOs. Some key points about this change:
- This change pertains solely to Financial Post Issues and includes setting up payouts and RMDs, updating banking information as well as withdrawals or surrenders.
- Information will only be emailed to the client and you, if we have the client’s email on file. If we do not have the client’s email, a letter will be sent, and no email will be sent to you.
