August 26, 2002, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. John Lancaster, President of Guaranty Income Life Insurance Company (GILICO) announced today that Therese Rothenberger has joined GILICO as Regional Sales Director for the Southeast Region.
Therese began her career in 1991 as a Sales Representative in the Marketing Division at UNUM Life Insurance Company, selling disability insurance products through brokers. She was a Brokerage Manager at Jackson National Life from January 1996 to March 1997. From March 1997 until joining GILICO, Therese was the Southeast Regional Director for London Pacific Life & Annuity Company. She increased sales by 500% in the Southeast Region for London Pacific Life.
Therese is a specialist in Senior Planning, Multi-Generational IRAs and Long-Term Care. She will be responsible for building and increasing life, annuity and long-term care sales in the following eleven states for GILICO: AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN and VA.
