eFusion Finalist!

Guaranty Income Life is proud to have been selected as a finalist in A.M. Best's 2005 E-Fusion Award competition in the category of Claims Management.

Finalist presentations were delivered at the E-Fusion Insurance & Technology Conference held October 16 - 18, 2005 in Philadelphia, PA. The E-Fusion Awards are designed to highlight innovative uses of Information Technology by insurance organizations.

Guaranty's new Claim Tracking System gives us improved death claim processing!

Our processing efficiency and advanced reporting capabilities mean that we can process death claims faster, save money on back office procedures, extract reports quickly, and improve our customer service even more!

The new in-house designed, custom application is flexible, scalable, and very cost effective. With data imports and click-and-fill buttons and lists, our claims processors are able to handle death claims with more ease and speed than ever before.

We anticipate a 7 to 21-day faster turnaround in death claim processing, depending on the type of claim.
Total R.O.I. for the project is an anticipated 150% annually for the next five years.
