AnnuiCare® 4 is a Single Premium Annuity that features a guaranteed interest rate for four years and qualified long-term care insurance benefits up to triple the annuity value.  Additional premium may be added to provide LTC inflation benefits in future years. Premiums for long-term care coverage are paid by automatic monthly withdrawals from the annuity. Effective January 1, 2010, withdrawals for premiums and benefits are not taxable.
